Whimsy Portraits

Pawtraits® offers something unique in animal portraiture — a Custom Whimsy of your pet.

These small (8x10") drawings are rendered with pen and ink and graphic markers which allow for brilliant color and a cartoon feel. By featuring specific traits or talents, a whimsy portrait can be highly personalized to your animal.

I work from reference photographs and on occasion the actual animal. A short description of the animal's personality, special traits and toys helps me when creating that expression you have come to know as unique to your pet. A prop or lettering will often personalize each Pawtrait® and adds to the character of each creation.
